Personal training is one-on-one training; We work together for you to perform your optimal workout. These are customized to your fitness level, your goals, and how you are progressing.

Personal training is currently offered at Vantage Med Center in Houston, TX

Not seeing a class for you:

Looking to take a LIVE class with Maddie? Well, I look forward to teach to groups. If you are interested in arrange a group class,  please contact me at workout@madd.fit 

Class sizes 5 persons to 40 persons. Larger classes can be arranged. 

I am happy to do a one time class (for a special event like a wedding, family reunion, or for a group function) or to arrange a series and establish an on going class time.

YOGA: Can be a standard Vinyasa class, a Power Flow Class, Slow Flow, Flow and Restore, Restorative Class,  Beginner Yoga Class, Fundamental Yoga, Intermediate Play Yoga. If you would like a yoga class, but have no idea what it would be call, that is great too! We can figure it out when we talk.

HIIT: This calorie torching, shirt-soaking workout is based on the principles of MAX Interval Training, and you'll be ripping through the most heart-pumping, muscle shredding,sweat dripping, high-intensity cardio workout ever to find out what you’re really made of. It is designed to provide you a safe, challenging and results driven workout with no equipment necessary.

Plyo Yoga: If you love core conditioning and strength training, this is your answer. This unique format shares the core-strengthening foundations of yoga and pilates, and builds it into a rhythmic, dynamic and intense workout designed to build strength and gain flexibility. While focusing on energy, power and rhythm, this for mat calls for yoga rebels!

MADDFIT: Find out the WOD, but Maddie style. Mix all of my trying into a series (or single off) workout for the total body to torch calories, lose weight, build lean muscle, and increase your physical fitness. This class is for all ages and fitness levels but be ready to work and earn your shower.
